About the Project

ICE Lab executed the laboratory testing, geotechnical investigations, leakage diagnostics, and the preparation of structural safety studies and engineering drawings in compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

Scope of Work

Geotechnical Investigations: Drilling boreholes (SPT), soil, and groundwater testing.
Structural Testing: Concrete coring, flaw detection (UPV), and rebar scanning.
Leakage Diagnostics: Identifying elevator pit leakage sources and moisture mapping.
Design & Safety: Load modeling, detailed engineering drawings, and issuing structural safety reports.
